star wars work in progress

i have also got a few works in pogress at the moment. none of the next set of models have any fiberglass on them or resin they are just the card models, but they will be completed soon enough.

the first is the most obvious choice when it comes to a star wars build. its the classic storm trooper

a few more details to add, just as the teeth grill and what i think are respirator vents at the very front where the soldiers mouth would be. but so far its not too bad.

next is the dark lord himself, a very nice model to build but one that i felt was a little over complicated in terms of actually building it. i got it done though and it does look rather impressive

just the fiberglass and paint to go on that one, the round helmet part is aso removable and once its fiberglassed i will be cuttin the other section into 3 peices so that it can be wearable and comes apat just like in the movie

and the final installment to the star wars section is R2D2. and if you plan on making R2D2 then you have to do it right. this is a full scale build, the model stands at just under 4 feet tall when fully assembled and when its finished i am pretty sure a small child could easily fit inside

when finished this will have lights and be fitted with motors so that not only does the top dome rotate but it is also fully controllable from an iphone
